Did you know?

Black beans are a typical food in the Caribbean and South American cuisine.

They are an excellent source of protein and fiber. These small beans contain significant amounts of some B vitamins and folate, which is especially necessary for the production of new cells.

Raw beans should be stored in a dry place and, after cooking, can be refrigerated or frozen.
